What Were Looking For
Current Idaho license in cosmetology barbering nails or esthetics (instructor license preferred but not required)
Strong coaching communication and organizational skills
Experience with teamwork supervision documentation and customer service
Solid work history with verifiable references
Passion for teaching mentoring and the beauty industry
Familiarity with Paul Mitchell Schools cultural & technical systems (preferred)
As a Learning Leader youll coach and inspire Future Professionals on both technical skills and guest service systems-including upselling rebooking and delivering an excellent client experience.
