Description
- Developing comprehensive test and evaluation (T&E) plans procedures and strategies
- Ensuring testing activities comply with DoD policies security requirements and military standards (e.g. MIL-STD-810/461)
- Analyzing test results to assess system performance discover bugs or vulnerabilities and report findings to project managers and other stakeholders
- Understanding the requirements to execute multiple test events on a variety of networks within the Navy
- Collaborating with engineers analysts and government personnel to ensure program requirements and objectives are met

Requirements
- Requires a DoD TS/SCI security clearance
- Five or more years of Ships Signal Exploitation Equipment SSEE Increment Foxtrot experience
- CompTIA Security
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams)
- Ability to produce executive-level briefings and documentation
Desired Skills
- NEC C21A
- Experience supporting Navy NIWC PAC or NIWC LANT programs
- Familiarity with software integration or system engineering programs
- Knowledge of Navy acquisition processes and PMO reporting requirements
