Job Summary
We are looking for our next Air Freight Operator based in our CDMX office. Join our international team at cargo-partner and become part of our ongoing success story. We are hiring highly motivated individuals who believe in delivering quality service to meet our customers needs.
- Handle daily documentation and operations for air freight shipments
- Communicate with clients vendors suppliers and agents
- Maintain strong relationships with customers
- Coordinate with overseas offices for shipment planning and organization
- Receive and process shipment orders
- Arrange bookings with carriers
- Monitor customer payments and invoices in cooperation with the finance department
- Perform daily tasks using the system (shipment information updates changes)
- Other duties as assigned by the manager
Experience
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Work experience in a freight forwarding company (preferable)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with CargoWise (preferable)
- Able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written)
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
