Supervisor Fashion Retail Sales
Our client is a well-established and growing Fashion Clothing brand with multiple locations across Ireland. They are currently seeking a Supervisor to join their team at their store in Mahon Point Shopping Centre Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your retail career in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
Your Role as Supervisor:
- Assist the management team in overseeing the stores daily operations.
- Support in driving sales through strong stock management and exceptional customer engagement ensuring KPI targets are met.
- Lead inspire and support the team in delivering excellent customer service.
- Uphold high visual merchandising and commercial standards.
- Serve as a role model for outstanding customer service and team leadership.
- Provide administrative support and maintain store operations in the absence of management.
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least two years of retail experience preferably in a supervisory or key holder role.
- Strong ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Passionate about retail with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong communication multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Awareness of Health & Safety and security protocols to ensure customer and staff safety.
