Were on the lookout for a Support Worker who is caring enthusiastic and ready to be a positive presence in the lives of adults with learning disabilities. About the Role

Youll be working in one of our three well-established Kosher residential homes all rated Good by the CQC. These homes are more than just places to livetheyre warm welcoming communities filled with fun laughter and purpose.

No two days are the same! From supporting with day-to-day routines to joining residents on outings activities and appointments youll be helping each person live a happy independent and meaningful life.

What Youll Be Doing:

Offering personalised care and support in daily routines
Helping with cooking household tasks and maintaining a safe happy home
Driving/accompanying residents on outings and to appointments
Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing every step of the way

What Youll Need:

A valid UK driving licence preferred
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or a willingness to complete the Care Certificate with us)
Great communication skills both spoken and written
A flexible proactive attitude able to work weekends and bank holidays
Experience working with people with learning disabilities (preferred)
The right to work in the UK
