Compensation: $45000 - $50000 per year

What You Will Be Doing:

• Track bills of sale unit locations and delivery timelines using Excel spreadsheets.
• Use the Sales App to verify unit ownership and availability
• Prepare and provide weekly reports to management
• Arrange transportation for purchased units and assist with transportation requests from General Managers across stores.
• Order and schedule transportation for inventory shipments.
• Open arbitration cases and collaborate with internal shops and auctions to gather evidence and resolve disputes.
• Obtain lien release letters from auctions or lien holders for purchased or sold units.
• Pick up and move units between locations or auctions as needed.
• Use PBS to identify and manage unit availability based on department criteria.
• Work directly with the department head to coordinate unit management.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Valid G Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Positive Teamwork Attitude
