Are you a strategic events professional with a passion for creating exceptional experiences Join Suncorps Corporate Communications team as a Senior Advisor Corporate Events where youll lead the delivery of high-impact in-person and hybrid events that reinforce our brand and strategy.
About the Role
As a key member of the Brand & Customer Experience function youll manage a diverse portfolio of enterprise events from investor briefings and leadership forums to employee townhalls and stakeholder engagements. Youll work closely with senior leaders including the CEO ELT and Board to design and deliver events that drive engagement and elevate Suncorps reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events aligned with strategic objectives.
Provide expert advice to senior stakeholders and business partners.
Manage logistics including venues suppliers AV/production hybrid delivery budgets and compliance.
Develop event communications run sheets briefing packs and governance materials.
Monitor KPIs and report on outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
Champion innovation in event formats and technologies.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
What Youll Bring
A degree in communications event management or public relations (mandatory).
6 years of corporate events experience ideally within a publicly listed company.
Exceptional stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event/marketing tech platforms.
A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
Flexibility resilience and a collaborative spirit.

This is a permanent role based in Brisbane with a hybrid working model requiring five in-office days per fortnight. Youll be part of a supportive team that values innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
