MORES Team Lead

We are excited to launch the MORES (Mobile Outreach Response Engagement and Stabilization) program in Western North Carolina serving youth and families in Haywood Macon Sylva and Jackson counties. This is a new program rolling out in the region bringing innovative community-based crisis support to youth ages 3 to 20 who are experiencing escalating emotional or behavioral challenges. It is an opportunity to be part of something new and meaningful right from the start.
As the Team Lead you will supervise and guide a multidisciplinary team including a clinician qualified professional and family partner as they provide rapid response and short-term stabilization in homes schools and community settings. The team delivers services that make an immediate impact while connecting youth and families to long-term care.

Compensation: $75000
Position Description:
- Team Management: The Team Lead manages the MORES team and supervises staff members. They also ensure that team members work together effectively to deliver services.
- Crisis Response: The Team Lead responds to crises and supports team members as needed. They may also conduct assessments of individuals in crisis and develop crisis management plans.
- Program Coordination: The Team Lead coordinates with other service providers such as hospitals clinics and social service agencies to ensure that youth receive the appropriate services and referrals.
- Quality Assurance: The Team Lead ensures that the MORES program operates effectively and efficiently by monitoring performance metrics conducting program evaluations and implementing necessary improvements.
Associates License
Position Qualifications.
- Education:Masters degree in a behavioral health field (e.g. Social Work Counseling Psychology Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Licensure:Licensed or provisionally licensed in North Carolina as an LCMHC LCMHC-A LCSW LCSW-A LMFT LMFT-A or LPA
