- Denial Buster: You uncover the why behind claim denials and underpayments fix the root cause and boost first-pass resolution rates.
- Medicaid Navigator: You expertly manage Medicaid-pending accounts applications and appealspreventing revenue loss before it starts.
- Process Optimizer: You streamline workflows improve claim submissions and eliminate inefficiencies to maximize reimbursement speed.
- Cross-Functional Collaborator: You bridge the gap between AR admissions coding and patient servicesturning chaos into coordination.
- Audit-Ready Pro: You support internal and external audits with confidence ensuring clean accurate financial records every step of the way.
- Cash Flow Forecaster: You help steer financial strategy by contributing to forecasting and working capital initiatives with precision.
Who You Are:
- You have a Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field or equivalent experience
- You bring 35 years of AR experience including 12 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- You know accounting principles and receivables best practices like the back of your hand.
- Youve worked with SNF/CBRF billing including T-19 Medicare MCOs commercial/private insurance and Med-pending. Matrix360 software knowledge a plus.
- Youre tech-savvy with proficiency in ERP systems (bonus points for Matrix) and advanced Excel skills.
