- Oversee daily operations of the center to ensure a safe healthy and educational environment
- Hire train and manage teaching and support staff
- Ensure compliance with state and local childcare licensing regulations
- Build strong relationships with families and the community
- Manage budgets enrollment and administrative duties
- Support curriculum implementation and staff development
- Handle conflict resolution and crisis management professionally and promptly
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education with at least 1-2 years in Administration role
- Knowledge of state childcare licensing regulations
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership organizational and interpersonal skills
- Passion for nurturing young minds and empowering educators
