NaphCarehas an excellent opportunity for a STATCare Corporate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner) to join our Corporate Headquarters teamlocatedinBirmingham AL in a remote capacity.

*This is a remote night-shift position.

Responsibilities

The STATCare Corporate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner) will provide telemedicine care to our facilities across the US as well as assist on transitions and cover vacations/vacancies at the facilities as needed.

Participate in a collaborative approach of patient management to provide the resolutions of diagnostic and therapeutic problems and the implementation of effective solutions.
Build productive working relationships with supervisors security staff healthcare staff patients vendors and clients. Establish and maintain professional relationships where you will be viewed by others as trusted and respectful.
Review charts for accuracy and to ensure contractual obligations are met.
This position will provide Telemedicine to facilities across the United States as needed. Travel not required.
Follow all internal policies and procedures; be accountable for completion of all operational tasks according to departmental guidelines to ensure appropriate clinical processing/documentation.
Advise administration of any issues that may impact the practice.

Qualifications

Current unrestricted license as an Advanced Practice Provider
Current DEA registration
Valid CPR certification
Certified in a Board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties
Minimum of 1 year experience in primary care with correctional healthcare preferred

**This position requires 12 hour shifts with rotating every other Friday Saturday and Sunday.
