Your role:
- As a Clinical Informatics Delivery Manager you will play a pivotal role in aligning service strategies with broader business goals ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional customer experience.
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end performance and delivery of our Clinical Informatics solutions across the CEE region. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution and exceptional performance for both direct and indirect solutions
- Youll be part of a dynamic cross-functional team collaborating with internal stakeholders across departments and external partners to implement innovative service solutions.
- Youll coordinate efforts to implement new service processes and technologies ensuring smooth integration and effective execution of operational changes.
- Pioneer a performance measurement framework that directly links our service operations to business goals. Your role will be to craft implement and evolve a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) that not only track success but also accelerate our path to greater efficiency.
- Foster a culture of ownership and accountability by delegating tasks that challenge and develop team members. You will guide the team to focus on critical objectives maximizing their contribution to the overall success of service operations.
- Orchestrate strategic initiatives that use data and insights to transform service operations. You will continuously innovate and deploy effective solutions that drive meaningful improvement and elevate our service capabilities.
- Champion a continuous improvement cycle by evaluating service initiatives diagnosing areas for optimization using data and prescribing adjustments to boost overall performance. You will ensure our operational strategies are not static but evolving to meet our goals.
- Oversee and optimize all aspects of talent and operational management. You will serve as a strategic leader directing recruitment performance compensation and career pathing to ensure the team is fully aligned with and delivers on critical business objectives.
Youre the right fit if:
- You have at least 6 years experience in service operations ideally in a regulated industry.
- You have education - Bachelors/ masters degree in business administration Engineering or a related field.
- You bring strong skills in stakeholder management process improvement and people leadership.
- Youre proficient in Lean methodologies escalation management and continuous improvement practices and have a passion for driving operational excellence.
