Were on the lookout for an Associate eCommerce Merchandiser (Contractor). This is a contract that will run until January 2026 with remote flexibility based in Metro Manila and with potential to extend if required by the business.

What youll be doing:
Online Merchandising Planning
Assist in developing site merchandising plans for navigation landing pages homepage product pages and seasonal refreshes.
Use data to evaluate outcomes of strategies and inform future plans.
Maintain product pages and site placements to meet visual and business standards.
Manage creative ticketing and reviews for seasonal refreshes coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Partner with Product Merchandising to ensure accurate online product placement and messaging.
Project Planning & Management
Help plan deliverables in project management tools including timing and dependencies.
Coordinate with Ecommerce Operations and cross-functional teams to meet site merchandising timelines.
Review assigned tasks for accuracy and quality.
Site & User Experience Audit
Conduct site audits to identify gaps broken links or inaccuracies that impact customer experience.
Report findings to support continuous improvement of site usability.
Site Performance Reporting
Assist in pulling reporting data to highlight opportunities that improve category performance.
Support seasonal business performance reviews and share insights with cross-functional partners.
Documentation & Process Support
Document internal processes and help bridge gaps to ensure efficient workflows.
Maintain trackers and update process documentation as needed.
Other Duties & Responsibilities
Perform other merchandising support duties as may be assigned from time to time.
What were looking for:
Bachelors Degree preferably in Marketing Business Management or Liberal Arts.
Minimum of one (1) year of relevant eCommerce or merchandising experience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
Proactive and collaborative mindset with a willingness to take on executional and operational support tasks.
Location: The Associate eCommerce Merchandiser (Contractor) position is a remote working position for Balsam International Unlimited Company - Philippine ROHQ in Manila. Team members in the Philippines are located within Metro Manila Bataan Batangas Bulacan Cavite Laguna Pampanga Rizal and Tarlac areas only.

Status: This is a contractual home-based job that requires scheduled eight (8) hours of scheduled full-time dedicated work daily five days a week. Given the roles contractual nature there will be no benefits. Paid overtime may be required. If performance is up to standard the contract will be effective from November 2025 to January 2026. Note that the contract may be shortened or extended depending on the needs of the business.
Rate: USD 6.05 hourly
Payment Mode: Weekly via Upwork
