Role Summary
This role is responsible for driving bothbusiness developmentand digital marketingefforts to enhance Life Educares market visibility generate leads convert prospects and grow business in line with the companys strategic goals. You will work closely with marketing & operations teams to align campaigns outreach and client relationship efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities: school promoters investors existing schools needing consulting/support etc.
- Build and manage a sales/BD pipeline from lead generation to proposal/pitch to closing.
- Primarily handle inbound/generated leadsreceived through digital channels campaigns and networks.
- Develop proposals presentations and pitches customized to client needs.
- Maintain relationships with prospective and current clients to ensure high satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
- Collaborate internally with academic & operations teams to deliver client proposals and projects.
- Keep track on market trends competitor landscape and opportunities in the education sector.
Digital Marketing
- Develop plan and execute digital marketing strategies (SEO SEM social media email content marketing) to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
- Create schedule and manage content across digital channels: website blog social media newsletters etc.
- Monitor analyze and report on digital campaigns use data and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) to optimize performance traffic conversions engagement ROI.
- Manage paid digital campaigns (Google Ads social media ads) to reach target audiences effectively.
- Ensure all digital material is onbrand and in line with Life Educares messaging and visual identity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in marketing Business Administration Education Management or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience in digital marketing and business development preferably in education consulting or services sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools platforms and best practices (SEO SEM social media advertising content marketing email marketing).
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good analytic skills ability to work with data to derive insights and make decisions.
- Selfmotivated targetdriven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with outreach networking and client meetings (onsite/online).
Location & Other Details
- Location: Bangalore office of Life Educare
- Travel: Approx. 6-8 days per month (for client meetings events etc.)
- Employment type: Fulltime
- Note:This isnot a target-driven or outbound sales role; it focuses onhandling generated leads.
