Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location:Syracuse NY 13210
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Available Shifts: MondayFriday 8:00 AM4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $60$70/hr
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic healthcare team in Syracuse NY. This role offers the opportunity to provide patient-centered therapy collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support both inpatient and outpatient care.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
Active New York State OT license or eligibility
Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care and outpatient therapy settings
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver Occupational Therapy services as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in consultation with patients families and the care team.
Document treatment plans progress notes and reports accurately and timely.
Participate in clinics patient rounds and team meetings to communicate patient progress.
Provide education and support to patients and families throughout the therapy process.
Maintain therapy equipment and ensure all necessary supplies are available.
Contribute to staff training and professional development initiatives as needed.
