Manager Design Engineering

As Manager Design Engineering you will lead a team of skilled engineers and shape how we work within mechanical and hydraulics design. Youll provide technical guidance create structure and drive continuous improvementboth through small steps and long-term initiatives. Youll foster collaboration across departments and ensure that processes and standards simplify work for both employees and customers. Your Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably proven leadership experience from managing a team or project preferably in a technical environment.
• Background in hydraulics or mechanical design is highly beneficial.
• Good ability to plan delegate and organize work in a structured manner.
• Experience in establishing standards and processes that support team performance.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
