Job Summary
EU Market Controlling Senior Analyst
- Handling Credit Limit releases - perform credit checks check overdues open orders ordering/payment behavior etc.
- Active involvement in the yearly review process of Credit Limits across EU region annual checking & setting of credit limits for all customers & kick off internal approval flows
- Handling production orders check open orders on hand Credit limit inquiry to enable start of production
- Overdue handling per area (join regional overdue calls) & drive specific actions aimed at reducing & keeping under control the overdues
- Pre checking of PCTs in collaboration with Market Controllers & Sales team
- Attending all Cluster Calls in order to document key decision points and collect approvals via Teams/Mail (or automated solution)
- Execution/Implement/Document of CC approval with Business Operations e.g. new pricing contract
- Post calculation for Projects for milestone meeting (after a filler is set up & deployed there is a calculation of all actual costs related to that is stored for global reporting on all PCT deployments cross check each PCT after 1/2/3/ years)
- Monitor deployments of lines (is the deployment in line with what had been initially agreed & approved).
- Reporting activities (filler reportsoverdue report etc.)
- IMEA / New Markets handling month end closing activities checking / releasing of production orders
- Transactional tasks such as sales accruals checks bonus accruals etc.
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Operations Controlling Sales or other similar position
- Advanced level of English any other EU language represents an advantage
- Advanced level of MS Office knowledge (Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Word specifically)
- Ability to apply an organized methodical and consistent approach
- Good SAP knowledge
