Job Summary

We are looking foryou ifyou:
curious and proactive with a strong interest in IT systems and collaboration tools
familiar withAtlassian Confluenceor eager to learn
comfortable working withSQL databases(MSSQL Oracle)
interested in scripting and automation
organized and detail-oriented.
English level:B2
Youllget extra points for:
exposure toAzure DevOps(Git YAML pipelines)
basic understanding ofMicrosoft Azureservices and CLI
knowledge about agile orScrum methodologies.
Your responsibilities:
administering and configuring Confluence (GUI platform settings DB structure)
assistingwith plugin replacements and custom feature development
writing SQL queries (MSSQL Oracle) for reporting and troubleshooting
supportingusers by analyzing issues and documenting solutions
creating proceduresand technical documentation
collaborating with support teams to resolve incidents and improve system stability.

Knowledge and Collaboration team ensures the platform is reliable user friendly and tailored to the needs of ING organization. We handle user support space administration and infrastructure optimization to enable seamless collaboration.
