About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of our next-generation AI Voice Agent.
This role requires someone with a strong product sense deep understanding of UX and the ability to navigate complex technical architectures while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
The ideal candidate is hands-on adaptable and comfortable working on cutting-edge conversational AI and voice technology in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision strategy and roadmap for the AI Voice Agent in the Arabic market.
- Drive end-to-end product development lifecycle: from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with engineering design research and operations teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications with a strong emphasis on usability accessibility and cultural nuance.
- Ensure the AI Voice Agent meets enterprise-grade scalability reliability and compliance standards.
- Work directly with enterprise clients and stakeholders to align the product with their needs and expectations.
- Monitor KPIs user feedback and performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
- Represent the product internally and externally ensuring strategic alignment with broader company goals.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of product management experience in software or technology companies.
- Proven track record in AI conversational agents or digital product ecosystems; direct experience in building AI Agents is required.
- Experience in building Voice Agents (voicebots IVR telephony or speech interfaces) is a strong plus.
- Solid background in User Experience (UX) design principles and user-centric product development.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to work on products involving complex technical architecture (cloud APIs integrations NLP etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills: fluent English (spoken and written).
- Comfortable engaging with enterprise stakeholders including C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams in a global and multicultural context.
- Active passport and willingness to relocate to the GCC / Middle East region.
- Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and a growth mindset.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms and AI ecosystem players.
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g. government banking healthcare).
- Exposure to international product launches and global market expansion.
