As the Global Solutions Lead for Workday Core HCM Advanced Compensation and Talent modules youll partner with leaders across HR Total Rewards and IT to deliver solutions that truly make an impact. This role is perfect for someone who is curious collaborative and eager to leverage technology to transform the HR experience.
What Youll Be Doing
- Lead and serve as the global subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Core Advanced Compensation and Talent modules.
- Configure test and deploy Workday enhancements while ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable workforce insights.
- Collaborate with HR Payroll and Finance to streamline data flows and ensure accuracy.
- Drive process improvements governance and data integrity across global HR systems.
- Stay current on Workday releases and industry trends recommending system improvements.
- Provide training and guidance to HR colleagues empowering them to use Workday more effectively.
What Were Looking For
Education:
- Bachelors degree in human resources Information Systems or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Experience:
- 5 years of HRIS/Workday experience with at least 3 years in Workday configuration/administration.
- Direct hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation (mandatory).
- Proven track record leading system implementations upgrades or enhancements.
- Experience in a global environment with cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration.
- While deep expertise is ideal we value a growth mindset and curiosity to learn.
Skills:
- Creative problem-solving and ability to design innovative HR technology solutions.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation and Talent modules with strong reporting/dashboard skills.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for continuous learning and leveraging HR technology to improve the employee experience
