Ernst & Young Law Partnership is looking for Junior Legal Consultant!
Job purpose
As a junior legal consultant you will make contributions to the legal engagements to clients and internal projects. You will prepare legal advice in different areas of law. You will express ideas facts or views in a clear and confident manner. With a clear focus on recognizing legal issues and anticipating risks you will be responsible to organize the information systematically and to reach logical conclusions. Working under supervision youll contribute to presenting our work and our findings to the client.
Responsibilities
- Draft legal advice
- Conduct legal research identifying risks and issues and provide reports and solutions
- Present high-value insights proactively
- Deliver legal excellence
- Propose business-oriented solutions
- Work effectively as a team member sharing knowledge providing support maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress
- Build strong internal relationships
Requirements
- Master degree in Law (Bulgarian)
- Being a registered attorney-at-law is an advantage
- Previous practical experience as a legal consultant or attorney-at-law is an advantage
- Practical experience in the fields of regulatory and compliance (incl. data privacy and anti-money laundering measures) and other areas of law such as competition law commercial law employment law real estate etc. is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian and English language is a must
- Excellent computer skills (Word Excel Power Point)
