Job Summary
Is responsible for leading and managing the mortgage processing underwriting closing functions and post-closing to ensure efficient compliant and high-quality loan production. This role ensures adherence to internal policies regulatory guidelines (e.g. FHA VA FNMA FHLMC) and investor requirements while maintaining superior service levels.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelors degree in finance Business or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 5-7 years of mortgage operations and underwriting experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or management role within mortgage operations.
- DE (Direct Endorsement) or SAR/LAPP designation preferred.
- NMLS license.
