Job Summary
Were seeking a Sales Assistant who is passionate about building long-term customer relationships and contributing to the success of our clients. This is not a typical sales role its an opportunity to become a true business partner to our this role youll also spend time in our warehouse to gain valuable product knowledge and experience our operations first-hand.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and become familiar with our wide range of seafood products.
- Gain hands-on experience in our warehouse and understand the full sales process.
- Shadow senior sales staff to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service including answering phones data entry and assisting with customer inquiries.
- Assist with inventory management to deepen product knowledge.
- Support the sales team with various administrative and operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable in a warehouse environment and eager to learn hands-on.
- Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
