Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Illinois Department of Corrections.We are currently seeking a part-time Phlebotomistto join our team at CentraliaCorrectional Centerlocated inCentralia Illinois. The pay rate is $23/hr.
The Phlebotomist is responsible for drawing blood checking vital signs finger stick blood sugars and assisting with activities of daily living for patients in a correctional healthcare environment.
Hours are M-F 4 a.m. - 9 a.m.
Qualifications
- Completed a certified phlebotomy training program
- Be a high school graduate or hold a GED
- At least one year of experience working as a Phlebotomist preferred
- Experience working in corrections/behavioral health preferred
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/BLS
- Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
