Responsibilities
- Greet customers with professionalism hospitality and respect
- Clearly explain service recommendations and repair solutions
- Manage repair orders and workflow efficiently
- Sell services honestly and effectively
- Communicate with customers in person and by phone in a clear professional manner
- Build strong long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate shuttle service for customers when needed
- Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards
- Support teammates and maintain a positive team-oriented atmosphere
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership service department preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (DMS/CDK a plus)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Positive friendly team-oriented attitude
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
