Lead and coach a team of Claims Support Officers Injury Coders and Technical Officers to achieve operational excellence.
Analyse performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and manage operational risks effectively.
Promote a flexible inclusive and engaged team culture that embraces innovation and change.
Align team objectives with broader business strategy to maximise scale and impact.
What Youll Bring
Proven experience leading first-line teams ideally within claims or insurance operations.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decision-making.
Ability to manage partnered teams and deliver outcomes through collaborative models.
Experience in operational improvement across systems and processes.
A flexible and adaptive approach to change with a focus on coaching and development.
