About the Opportunity
The Administration Officer plays a key role in supporting the University Psychology Clinic (UPC); a training clinic for provisionally registered psychologists completing their postgraduate training in psychological practice. The UPC offers services to members of the community via appointments attended in-person or via telehealth.
The position will provide high-quality administrative front-of-house and clinic operations support in a fast-paced high-volume environment contributing to efficient and responsive processes that enable the smooth day-to-day functioning of the UPC.
The Administration Officer will build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders while delivering essential service-related support.
The role specifically requires front-of-house experience knowledge of medical terminology and administration processes and the ability to offer a professional clinic reception service to members of the community.

Salary
Appointment to this role will be at HEO 4 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $91488 comprising base salary within the range of $73814 to $78195 plus 17% superannuation.
