Location: Ace Handyman Services of West St Louis County
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Owner
- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks including (but not limited to):
- Carpentry (doors trim cabinetry framing)
- Plumbing (fixture replacement leak repairs minor installations)
- Electrical (outlet/switch replacement light fixture installation)
- Drywall repair and painting
- Tile installation and grouting
- General handyman work
- Diagnose issues recommend solutions and complete repairs with minimal supervision
- Ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Accurately track time materials used and job progress
- Communicate effectively with customers and office staff
- Adherent to safety guidelines and company procedures
- 3 years of experience in residential maintenance remodeling or general handyman services
- Strong proficiency in a variety of trades
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Self-motivated detail-oriented and dependable
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. climb ladders and perform physically demanding tasks
- Vocational or technical training in construction or related fields
- Certifications in plumbing electrical or HVAC a plus
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Competitive hourly wage of $25.00 to $30.00 per hour

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customersfolks truly appreciate our high level of service and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
