Job Duties include:
- Inventory Management:Oversee the entire used vehicle inventory including appraisal purchasing from auctions and other sources reconditioning pricing and merchandising. Maintain vehicle information and photos for online platforms.
- Team Leadership:Hire train motivate and mentor the used vehicle sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals. Conduct regular sales and training meetings to ensure high performance.
- Profitability & Budgeting:Forecast sales manage key expenses and control preparation costs to ensure the department meets its profitability objectives. Analyze market trends and dealership sales history to make data-driven decisions.
- Sales & Customer Service:Assist the sales team in closing deals and resolving customer issues promptly and professionally. Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Operations & Compliance:Direct the daily activities of the department ensuring proper staffing and that all vehicles are front-line ready. Stay up-to-date with all local state and federal regulations regarding used vehicle sales.
