The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Quality First Line Manager to join our Interiors Responsibility Center Team in North Charleston South Carolina on 1nd shift.

Position Responsibilities:
Manages develops and motivates employees across multiple Quality Management Job Families
Manage employees who evaluate and ensure that products services and processes comply with customer contract requirements engineering requirements company procedures and government regulations
Successfully implements solutions in an ever-evolving environment by relying on problem-solving data and analysis to drive decisions
Provides education and coaching on the Quality System
Develops and executes business plans policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners suppliers and direct reports
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
3 years in Aerospace Manufacturing Quality or experience in a regulated industry
3 years in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)
Ability to work on the production floor supporting on-product conformance determinations
Ability to travel occasionally as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g. AS9100)
Experience working execution to safety quality delivery & cost commitments
3 years in a production-related discipline such as Manufacturing Quality Production Engineering Supplier Management and/or Supplier Quality
3 years working with cross-functional leadership doing collaborative problem solving while building lasting relationships
Precision in written and verbal communication
