Paul Mitchell The School is seeking a professional and dedicated Service Desk Attendant to join our team full-time. As the first point of contact for guests students and staff you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. THE INS AND OUTS OF THE ROLE
In this full-time administrative role youll enjoy working 9am-5:30pm Monday through Friday.
In this administrative role you will ensure smooth operations at the front desk while providing excellent customer service to 30 to 50 guests daily. As our Service Desk Attendant your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and assisting them with their inquiries or appointments
- Coordinating schedules and ensuring seamless communication
- Supporting the daily operations of our busy Memphis campus
