Your role and responsibilities

ABB is a global leader in measurement devices analyzers and measurement systems for industrial applications offering a broad product portfolio and a strong market presence.

TheMeasurement & Analytics Divisionis currently seeking aSales Engineer for Instrumentation and Control Equipment. In this role you will be responsible for managing the sales process in thedolnośląskim i lubuskim regions.

The work model for the role is: #LiHybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Selling ABB-manufactured instrumentation and control equipment for measuring flow (liquids gases steam) pressure temperature level and positioners across all industrial sectors

  • Selling service and maintenance solutions

  • Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process and building long-term partnerships

  • Achieving sales and strategic targets

  • Conducting commercial negotiations preparing offers and managing projects

  • Preparing quotations in collaboration with the technical sales support team

  • Delivering presentations to customers

Your Qualifications:

  • Higher technical education preferred fields: Automation Electronics Electrical Engineering or related

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in a similar role; knowledge of instrumentation and control products is a strong asset

  • Good command of English both spoken and written

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Salesforce (or other CRM systems) is a plus

  • Self-reliance and responsibility customer-oriented mindset and a professional approach to work

  • Ability to work under time pressure and meet business targets

  • Valid category B driving license
