En convatec Reynosa estamos buscando talento como tu Asistente de Recursos Humanos.
- Captura de prenomina (Incidencias).
- Auditoria de Expedientes
- Atención servicio y soporte a los empleados sobre tramites oficiales (IMSS INFONAVIT AFORES VISAS etc).
- Elaboración de Reportes y seguimiento con KPIS.
- Dar soporte en las juntas mensuales.
- Recorridos a piso de producción.
- Seguimiento a temas laborales.
- Soporte en los festejo de cumpleaños que se den en el turno y eventos mensuales.
- Soporte en reclutamiento y selección.
- Soporte a proyectos especiales.
- Lic. Recursos Humanos Psicología Administración o carrera a fin concluida.
- Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en el área de Recursos Humanos.
- Inglés (Preferentemente).
- Experiencia en Seguro Social (Altas bajas Modificaciones Integración de salarios).
- Manejo de sistemas de Recursos Humanos (TRESS).
- Facilidad de palabra y de comunicación a todos los niveles.
- Disponibilidad de turno.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office (Excel Word Power point).
- Experiencia en sistemas de calidad.
