Job Summary

Quality Financial Concepts of Maryville TN has an immediate opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. Quality Financial Concepts in business for over 40 years is a full-service financial advisory firm providing retirement planning investment management estate planning tax services and insurance protection. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional support to our executives in a fast-paced environment to ensure company goals and objectives are accomplished and operations run efficiently. Demonstrating a pro-active mindset is crucial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills attention to detail the ability to maintain confidentiality and a friendly and professional appearance and demeanor are your greatest assets as you complete your daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • An exceptional and professional first impression to all our guests including grammar attire and mindset.
  • Managing client-related activities to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prioritizing projects and task deadlines ensuring timely completion.
  • Managing calendars appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Prioritizing phone calls emails and other communications and responding appropriately.
  • Writing editing and preparing correspondence process training and other company documents.
  • Managing diverse correspondence and materials for successful compliance documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of 2 years professional office experience.
  • EXTREME attention to detail positive can-do attitude and willingness to work as a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for tracking deadlines and calendars.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of flexibility to deal with a variety of situations.
  • The ability to multitask and follow up is necessary.
  • Must be able to pass background check and fingerprinting.
  • Strong technology and computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook Publisher).

This position pays a competitive salary based on experience. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
