Lead Engineer ICSS

In this role you will have the opportunity to act as technical lead for all ICSS related engineering activities for offshore projects of low to medium complexity.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the activities related to engineering disciplines within the project are executed in an efficient and cost-effective manner in accordance with contract specifications quality standards safety requirements and cybersecurity policies and standards. You shall demonstrate your expertise by applying basic design thinking / design for excellence concepts into project execution for better project outcomes and to drive continuous improvements.

This role is contributing to Offshore Solutions Business within the Process Automation Energy Industries Division and is based in Johor Baharu Malaysia.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Lead the ICSS engineering scope across all project phases FEED basic engineering detailed engineering FAT pre-commissioning commissioning and SAT at yards and offshore sites.
• Act as subject matter expert for all automation systems including DCS ESD F&G and co-ordinate with teams both in-house and at the execution center in the region.
• Design and Implement communication networks using industrial communication protocols (Modbus OPC Profibus Ethernet/IP) and cybersecurity standards (ISA/IEC 62443) for securing automation net-works.
• Interface with vendors EPC contractors client and internal stakeholders to ensure system integration and functional compliance in line with project requirements.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure on-time delivery adherence to project schedule and budget and fulfilment of contractual obligations
