Standort: Tuttlingen

IHRE AUFGABEN:

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Teams CNC Programmieren Vorrichtungsbau und CNC Support

• Permanente Schulung und Weiterentwicklung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter

• Entwicklung und Optimierung von Herstellprozessen

• Fertigungstechnische Einführung und Erprobung neuer Technologien

• Erstellen von Verfahrensanweisungen und Prozessabläufen für die Produktion

• Fertigungstechnische Begleitung von Prozessvalidierungen

• Unterstützung der Abteilungen bei Prozessänderungen

• CNC Bearbeitung und Unterstützung der Abteilung bei Maßnahmen zur Qualitätsverbesserung und Ausschussreduktion

• Analyse und Optimierung der Wartungstätigkeiten

ANFORDERUNGEN / NOTWENDIGE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit weiterführender Qualifikation (beispielsweise zum Techniker oder Meister)

• Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten

• Führungserfahrung in einer zerspanenden Fertigung

• Gute Englischkenntnisse und Präsentationsfähigkeiten

• Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und LEAN Production
