AI Solution Engineer

About the Role
This isnt a traditional Solutions Engineer roleyoull own each customers onboarding journey like a mini product launch. From contract signature to go-live in under two weeks youll design build and deliver AI-powered phone agents that transform how businesses connect with their customers.
If you thrive at the intersection of engineering product and customer success this role is built for you. Whether youre a Solutions Engineer with strong product instincts or a former PM eager to work hands-on with code APIs and integrations youll play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of AI-driven customer experiences.
What Youll Do
- Deliver 14-Day Launches Take new customers from contract to live AI-powered call flows in two weeks.
- Own the Deployment Vision Collaborate with customers to define goals success criteria and deployment plans that align with business impact.
- Build Seamless Integrations Work with APIs webhooks and databases to embed AI agents into existing customer systems.
- Design Natural Conversations Shape conversational flows prompts and call pathways for smooth brand-aligned experiences.
- Manage Projects Like a PM Provide updates manage timelines and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the onboarding journey.
- Unlock Long-Term Value Identify new use cases and features that drive ongoing customer success and expansion.
What Were Looking For
- Technical background with API integrations webhooks and databases.
- Strong product sense and ability to translate business objectives into deployable solutions.
- Experience in Solutions Engineering Product or Customer Success Engineering.
- Ability to work hands-on with prompt engineering call flows and conversational AI.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.

Compensation
Base Salary: $120K $175K
Equity: $70K $150K depending on experience
Location: On-site in San Francisco CA
