Job Summary
Cordia Resources is seeking a Senior Accountant / Program Control Analyst. This role will play a key part in supporting financial management and program control activities with a focus on accuracy compliance and timely reporting.

- Perform month-end reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Support project set-up and maintenance within Costpoint.
- Prepare and review cost allocations and ensure proper charge distribution.
- Provide audit support including preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests.
- Partner with program management to provide financial analysis and program control support.
- Assist with process improvements and compliance initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field required.
- Costpoint experience required.
- Program control experience required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles reconciliations and cost allocations.
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
