Job Summary
Job Title: Cath Lab Tech
Location:Houston TX 77024
Shift: 6:30 AM 5:00 PM
Duration: 3 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $50$55 per hour
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join the team. The role involves direct collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care within the cardiac catheterization laboratory. The Cath Lab Tech will play a key role in assisting with diagnostic and interventional procedures ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and promoting patient safety.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals in the delivery of patient care.
Assist in preparing and positioning patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
Operate and maintain imaging equipment in compliance with safety standards.
Monitor patients during procedures and promptly report changes in condition.
Follow established protocols to ensure accuracy and safety in all technical aspects of the role.
Required Qualifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Registered Radiological Technologist (ARRT-R) certification.
Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) General Certificate from the Texas Medical Board.
