M3 Junior Functional Consultant

Position Description:

This position starts with a bootcamp training program that allows successful hires to learn M3 Functional (SCM MFG and Finance). This position is for early career (1 2 years experience) or new graduates who want to elevate and enhance their technical knowledge and gain experience with the use of Infor M3.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Trainees are expected to attend and complete all sessions of the bootcamp program. The learning experience is a combination of instructor-led discussions hands-on workshops research and self-study assignments.
At the end of the learning courses a capstone project will be completed within a given timeframe and solution be presented before a panel. After which the panel shall carefully deliberate including the performance of individuals throughout the program and the result of which will be the basis for their potential project engagements.
Deployment to the project will depend on the assessment after which the following will be the responsibilities:
- Participate in the support rotation handling various customers
- Assisting customers with their issues in accordance with the SLAs
- Assisting with reports and other requirements of the projects
- Be able to train or assist colleagues
- Other tasks as requested by the project

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelors degree: Computer or business-related courses
Eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies
Ability to adapt to different kinds of work/tasks.
Prior experience in Infor M3 or basic knowledge in any ERP systems in the following areas such as SCM MFG and Finance will be an advantage.
Must be amenable to working onsite 3 days a week in McKinley Taguig.
