The Role

As a Chartered Technician you will:

Play a key role in the technical delivery of projects from planning through to completion
Work closely with architects designers and external consultants
Use your knowledge of construction building regulations and technical design to bring residential projects to life

Responsibilities

Produce accurate technical drawings and detailed construction packages using REVIT
Oversee coordination of technical design across all project stages
Prepare and submit planning and building regulation applications
Liaise with clients contractors and consultants to ensure smooth project progression
Ensure compliance with current building regulations and technical standards
Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio culture

Requirements

Chartered Member of CIAT (essential)
Strong experience in UK residential projects (new builds extensions conversions)
Advanced proficiency in REVIT and familiarity with BIM workflows
Solid understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods
Excellent technical detailing skills and attention to accuracy
Effective communicator with a proactive and professional approach
