Were looking for a founding engineer to help shape the next generation of conversation intelligence software. This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage team where youll build high-quality products quickly collaborate across the company and set the technical bar as the engineering team scales.

The tech stack includes:

Backend: TypeScript PostgreSQL
Frontend: React React Native
AI & Integrations: Python
Infrastructure: AWS

What Youll Do

Build new features from scratch and ship production-ready code at speed.
Collaborate directly with users to design and deliver solutions with real impact.
Drive technical excellenceset standards for code quality architecture and best practices.
Scale your responsibilities as the company grows.
Recruit mentor and shape the future engineering team.

What Were Looking For

Strong experience with modern web technologies (TypeScript React SQL).
Ability to move quickly while maintaining high standards.
Empathy for end users and a product-first mindset.
Comfort working in an early-stage fast-paced environment.
Interest in contributing to AI/ML-powered systems a plus.
