Job Summary
Angott Search Group is proud to partner with a respected automotive supplier in Southeast Michigan in the search for a Human Resources Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead all HR functions in a plant-based manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in compliance employee relations safety programs and talent management within the automotive supplier industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR operations compliance and employee relations for the facility
Manage recruitment onboarding and workforce development
Champion health safety and wellness initiatives
Support leadership on organizational development and performance management
Drive engagement and positive employee culture
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field (advanced degree or certification a plus)
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the automotive supplier or manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of employment law recruiting and safety programs
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
