Job Description

Your role
As ourIT Adoption Consultant youll be thechange championwho ensures this transformation is embraced across the business. Youll guide teams through the transition making sure the platform becomes a natural part of their daily work. Your role is all aboutpeople process and progress.

Togetherwith theEnterprise Service and ProcessOptimizationteam you will develop strategies tomaximisethe value of theplatformforourdepartments and user groups.

You will be responsible for designing and executing the full adoption strategy for the ESM platform. This means you will not only develop the strategic approach but also implement it across all relevant areas from stakeholder engagement and communication to training and inspiration this role you act as the communicator facilitator and motivator ensuring that the strategy is effectively translated into practice and embraced throughout the organization. As part of this you will also set up and coordinate soundboard groups and the key-user community working closely with colleagues and key users to gather feedback share best practices and continuously improve the adoption experience.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead adoption strategies for the new ESM platform ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all users.
  • Design and deliverengaging training sessions workshops and communication campaigns.
  • Act as thetrusted advisorbetween IT and business units translating technical features into real-world benefits.
  • Set up and coordinate thesoundboard groups andkey-user community.
  • Advise clients onoptimizingbusiness processesusingthe ESM platform.
  • Track adoption metrics and continuously improve the experience.

Job Requirements

  • Higher professional education (HBO) level in the field of communication and/or business administration.
  • You are certified inProsciChange Management or open to pursuingcertification.
  • Experience in IT adoption change management or digital transformation projectswithin a large public organization.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skillsin both Dutch and English.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training sessions.
  • Someone who sees opportunities is independent and proactive driven by intrinsic motivation.
  • Organizational sensitivity.
  • A people-first mindset with the ability to inspire confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Creativity and adaptability in driving change.
  • A team player with a flexible and creative mindset.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum/KANBAN.

We also offer you:

  • A monthly salary of between 3.546 and 6.433 for full-time employment depending on your knowledge and experience (scale 10 or 11 of the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities).
  • In addition to holiday allowance 8% a structural end-of-year bonus of 8.3%.
  • 41 vacation days (based on 40-hour workweek).
