  • Engaging with businesses and candidates through pre-qualified leads and referrals
  • Building strong long-term relationships in the tech sector
  • Helping companies solve hiring challenges and grow their teams
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals
  • Hitting targets and earning commission from day one
