Our Opportunity

Due to high demand we are looking for a passionateSite Services Manager to join our team. Our main facility is located in Prestons with most of the site services team based out of our Bomaderry workshop. Some of the responsibilities include however are not limited to:

• Lead and manage the site services team including planning resourcing and performance management.

• Oversee SMP services including:

  • Structural and mechanical installation

  • Piping system installation and maintenance

  • General site-based construction and maintenance activities

• Manage site installations shutdowns and ongoing maintenance projects.

• Ensure compliance with HSE quality and operational standards across all work sites.

• Drive workshop support functions and ensure seamless collaboration between the site and workshop teams.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships ensuring service excellence and repeat business.

• Contribute to and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monitor project progress costs and resource allocation.

The Person

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Trade qualification or Engineering background (Mechanical Fabrication or equivalent).

• Proven leadership experience in a site or field services environment.

• Strong knowledge of SMP work scopes and associated safety and quality standards.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• A proactive professional attitude and commitment to high standards.
