About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager VIC you play a key role in the overall operational success of your branch and Buildsafe as a whole. As the Branch Manager you are responsible for the strategic operations of your branch including; leadership of your business unit branch profitability staff performance and management safety and compliance and customer satisfaction. Working from our Keysborough branch you will be required to start at 5:00am most days.

- Leadership Mentoring Manage & Performance
- Product installation quality & compliance
- Training & competency
- Branch stock control
- Invoicing and profitability
- Manage work health & safety obligations
- Reports and operational compliance
About You
- A natural ability to lead engage and empower a team (within a blue-collar environment)
- Strong management of people and leadership skills
- Demonstrated commercial acumen. This will be important; as you will be required to identify ways in which the branch can achieve Budget KPIs and implement strategic initiatives.
- Utilise your highly developed communication skills and strong emotional intelligence to effectively drive change move strategically and set direction to improve commercial outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills and able to integrate at all levels with an ability to influence
- The ability to demonstrate adaptability in line with the business growth
