JOB SUMMARY
As the Assistant Nurse Manager of our Level III NICU you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the delivery of safe high-quality care to our tiniest patients. Working closely with the Patient Care Manager youll help lead a dedicated team of nurses and care professionals foster a supportive work environment and promote excellence in patient outcomes. Largest Level III NICU between St. Louis MO and Memphis TN (36 bed license)
Only Developmental Clinic between St. Louis MO and Memphis TN
JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education
Associates degree in nursing - required
Licenses/Certifications
Nursing License in the state of Missouri - required
BLS - required
NRP - required
PALS - required within 6 months of start date
Experience
Three (3) years NICU experience- to provide a level of NICU specific experience to be able to clinically step in and assist and lead the team- required
