JOB SUMMARY
As the Assistant Nurse Manager of our Level III NICU you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the delivery of safe high-quality care to our tiniest patients. Working closely with the Patient Care Manager youll help lead a dedicated team of nurses and care professionals foster a supportive work environment and promote excellence in patient outcomes. This role is ideal for a compassionate organized nurse leader who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative setting and is committed to the mission vision and values of Saint Francis Healthcare System.

JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education
Associates degree in nursing - required
Licenses/Certifications
Nursing License in the state of Missouri - required
BLS - required
NRP - required
PALS - required within 6 months of start date
Experience
Three (3) years NICU experience- to provide a level of NICU specific experience to be able to clinically step in and assist and lead the team- required
