Job Summary
Position Overview
Porsche Huntington is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience coordinating service needs efficiently and ensuring inventory vehicles are maintained and prepared to meet delivery deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service at all times including handling challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy.
Demonstrate strong organization skills to manage repair orders documentation and deadlines effectively.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure inventory vehicles are properly maintained compliant with factory guidelines and ready for delivery on schedule.
Clearly communicate with customers technicians and managers to ensure a seamless service process.
Assist in scheduling tracking repairs and maintaining accurate service records.
Support the department by working Saturdays as part of the schedule.
Promote a team-oriented environment supporting coworkers and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Excel under difficult and high-pressure scenarios showing resilience and a solutions-focused mindset.
Demonstrate a clear commitment to nothing less than excellence in every aspect of the role.
Qualifications
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Ability to remain calm and effective when dealing with difficult customer scenarios and pressure situations.
Dedicated to achieving excellence in performance and results.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Automotive service or dealership experience preferred but not required.
Must be available to work Saturdays.
