What Youll Do
Job Summary
The Digital Content Creator for Sales Education will play a vital role in developing and managing engaging and informative digital training materials for our medical device sales force. This individual will translate complex clinical information and product features into clear compelling and compliant content to equip sales teams with the knowledge and tools needed to drive performance and educate healthcare professionals.
- Create diverse content:Design and produce a wide range of digital learning materials including instructional videos e-learning modules interactive presentations infographics and written resources (e.g. product guides case studies sales playbooks).
- Simplify complex information:Translate highly technical and clinical information about medical devices into easily digestible sales-oriented content for different internal and external audiences.
- Support sales initiatives:Develop content that supports product launches sales campaigns and ongoing training needs ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business objectives.
- Source materials:Collaborate with subject matter experts such clinical sales trainers clinical specialists and product managers to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all educational content.
- Manage content calendar:Plan organize and manage a content calendar to ensure a steady consistent flow of new and updated training materials.
- Optimize and update content:Continuously review and update existing content to ensure relevance accuracy and compliance with all medical legal and regulatory standards.
- Leverage new technologies:Explore and integrate new digital formats and technologies such as virtual reality (VR) to create immersive and interactive learning experiences.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with content development and editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Canva).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Competency with presentation software (e.g. Microsoft PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional writing communication and storytelling abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure content accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
